Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days.  We get orders out as quick as we can but sometimes there are delays.  If there is a delay over 5 business days please email us at info@utvzilla.com and we will responds as soon as possible. Orders can be changed until they have been shipped.  As soon as an order has been shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If an order has not been shipped, customers need to email info@utvzilla.com to request a cancellation.

A shipping notification will be emailed when we create the shipping label.  You should be able to track the order from that email, or you can login to your account to track order.  

UTVZILLA is not responsible for theft of a delivered package. Please act accordingly when selecting a shipping location.

Returns Policy

(US)

Product cannot be returned without express, written consent directly from UTVZILLA. Product That has been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, or otherwise used cannot be returned or warrantied. New product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover outbound shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship back returns with the order number written clearly on the box.

UTVZILLA DOORS:  Due to difficulty with shipping and the specific way we package doors, all sales are final with no option to return (damaged product still applies).

In the event that we make a mistake, (send wrong product, or problem with product) we will correct the problem at no charge to the customer. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

(Canada)

Due to difficulties and expenses associated with shipping to Canada, all sales are final.  Once product has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or altered. UTVZILLA will not cover any damage that occurs during shipping.

Damaged Product (US Only)

UTVZILLA will only warranty damaged product during shipping.  Once product has been installed on a machine there is no warranty. Damaged product has to be reported to UTVZILLA within 5 days of receiving the item. UTVZILLA requires pictures (see below for pictures needed) of damaged product and box emailed to us to verify.  Once damaged product has been verified, UTVZILLA will send a return label to be shipped back.  Once received, UTVZILLA will decide to fix or send out new product. If Packaging on glass products in not the same as how it was shipped out, UTVZILLA is not responsible for any additional damage occurred during return shipping. 

Damaged Product Pictures Required:

  • Front of box showing full box from straight on
  • Back of box showing full box from straight on
  • Front of windshield in packaging from straight on showing product and packaging
  • any areas of damage to the box

Lost or Stolen Packages:

UTVZILLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please due your own due diligence in selecting a location to send your package.
